– Organized a Stress-Management workshop at McGill University (Montreal)  

2011 – Planned, organized, and publicized the book launch of Berliner Chic: A Locational History of Berlin Fashion in Toronto, Montreal, and Berlin

2010 – Organized the annual conference for the Canadian Comparative Literature Association (CCLA) at the Congress of Humanities and Social Sciences at Concordia University (Montreal)

2008-2010 – Developed and organized annual professional development workshops and academic publishing workshops at the Canadian Association of University Teachers of German (CAUTG) annual Congress and conferences 

2008 – Planned, developed, organized meals and activities, budgeted, and supervised volunteers at the annual weekend retreat at Mount St. Hilaire for students in the German Department at McGill University (Montreal) 

2008 – Assisted and supervised the formation of the German Students Association at McGill University (Montreal) 

2008 – Organized and moderated a book reading by German author, Kevin Vennemann at McGill University (Montreal) 

2008 – Organized a Jean-Luc Godard workshop with by-weekly film screenings at McGill University (Montreal)  

2007-2009 – Created, organized, publicized, created budgets for, and supervised volunteers for Oktoberfest Festival in the German Department at McGill University (Montreal) 

2007-2009 – Created, organized, publicized, created budgets for, and supervised volunteers for Carnival Festival (Fasching) in the German Department at McGill University (Montreal) 

2007 – Organized monthly literary circle to discuss newly published fiction in German at McGill University (Montreal) 


2006 – Developed and presented a series of lectures and workshops for graduate and undergraduate students from various disciplines in humanities, languages, and arts at UVic, UBC  and SFU. Topics covered: Berlin films, Berlin fashion, Berlin World Cup (based on M.A. research)
